Online Return Policy

The return process varies depending on the order status.
Please follow the instructions below for returns.

Order Status Action Required
Order Placed Please email ironman918788@gmail.com. We will attempt to cancel your order and issue a refund. Do not open a PayPal case, as this will delay the refund process.
Order Delivered Please email ironman918788@gmail.com. Do not open the packaging. We will provide a return address, and you must ship the package back to us in its original condition. The item must meet the following return conditions. You will be responsible for the service fee and shipping costs.

Return Conditions

  • If the order has been delivered, returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • You must provide the original receipt and cover the service fee + shipping cost to receive a refund.

Notes:

  • Returns for non-quality issues (shipped from China) are not accepted.

  • Exchanges are not allowed after delivery.

  • Refunds for products shipped from overseas warehouses will only be processed after we receive the returned package.

How Long Does It Take?

  • To expedite your return, please include in your email:

    • Shipping label

    • Handwritten receipt

    • Order number

    • Sender’s name

  • If you ship the return yourself, contact customer service first and provide the tracking number so we can monitor the return.

  • Once we receive the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

  • We will inspect the product and send a confirmation email upon approval. The bank will then process the refund.

  • If you don’t receive the refund long after the confirmation email, please check with your bank.
